Nick is an incredible PT and an all round great guy. I started training with Nick in 2021 after I hit a low point in my health when I broke my wrist. Even though I had limitations at the time, he was willing to take me on as a client and so accomodating with writing plans and working with me in order to not exacerbate my injury. Nick has taught me so much about nutrition, how to use gym equipment appropriately, and the best ways to train to get the most out of a session. PT sessions with him are always fun, he is easygoing and super kind, and he has a great balance between pushing you hard while also understanding your limits. I would highly recommend signing up to train with Nick - it is an incredibly worthwhile investment into your health and you won’t regret it!

I started out with Nick quite nervous and unsure about going into an online coaching program because I’d never tried anything like it and didn’t know what to expect. Fortunately I received extremely positive feedback from a work colleague who had previously trained with Nick so I thought I’d best give it a try and see how it went. I can honestly say I’ve never felt better in myself since starting my program with Nick. Having someone to always reach out to when you need help and someone to hold you accountable to achieve your best results is a comforting feeling. Nicholas Roberts is absolutely amazing, he's taught me so much about training and nutrition and safe to say this is the best I've ever felt about my body in my whole life.

A tailor made programme specific for me that aims at building muscle and progressing weekly, I've learnt so much from the man himself and its not just about what works but WHY it works.

I feel a lot of PTs go down the route of just shouting at you to push harder or your not working hard enough etc.
It's one thing being told how to lift weights but understanding the ideas behind training and why it works is why Nick I the best, he teaches you the technique, corrects your form and explains why it helps or tweaks your form specific to your own body's limits.

He takes his time to really nurture you in the gym and his hard working mentality really rubs off on you and makes you want to keep going and improve every week.

On the nutrition side of things he's taught me how to correctly track calories, how to get leaner by adjusting the macros, and I now now how to use myfitnesspal app which he swears by and it works! I've lost almost 10kg but build muscle at the same time.

Weekly check ins are done where you get an update from how you've done throughout the week which is great to know if you've been slacking or not - really gets you back on track if some weeks you've not been hitting targets, all about long term gains and changes which is why Nick's the absolute best!

Above all after months of training with him as my coach he's also just a really good mate at this point, we do meet ups with clients so it's an amazing way to meet new people. Nicks the hardest worker I know and I look forward to every session every week.
